Don’t you hate opinions which are clearly an echo of someone else’s? It is just plain lazy not to think before we speak. We all do it though, at least with certain subjects. One such subject might be a cure for weight problems. Admittedly, That's a tricky subject since deep down very few people believe a permanent weight loss is even possible. So why waste time thinking about it?
But that has all changed. The Carbohydrate Addicts Manual has just been published. In the book I explain how I spent more than 20 years following other people’s solutions to my weight problems. That is, until seven years ago when I came to my senses and decided to take back full control of my own body and the choice of food I put into it...
I would have tried every diet that ever was. I would lose the weight and taper off the diet. Not long after, the weight would begin to return. The end result would always end up a nett gain. Until I was 43, I never had a weight problem. I didn't crave food. I didn't binge and if I felt hungry there was a valid reason.
By this time I was in my early sixties. I decided to examine some of the dogma that had been fed to me during my twenty year weight loss campaign. I concluded I had been reprogrammed. I began to ask myself what I did differently in my sixties, than I had done in my forties.
We are all led to believe that our weight problems are due to too much junk food. Or we lack exercise. Or we eat too many sweets. We may even be told that it is our metabolism, or we have a genetic condition. None of that is true. How can I be so sure? Because if it was true, I would never have had a weight problem. I have never liked junk food. I have done a workout routine virtually everyday since my teens. I have been a borderline diabetic for decades and avoid sweets if at all possible.
Theoretically, I should be what I always had been till age 43, and that is, slim and healthy. But then I began to diet and gradually I began to put on weight. It sneaks up on you. It takes time to realize you have a problem. In my case it took twenty years to ask myself the question I should have asked then; What had changed me from a person who never had a weight problem, to one who always had a weight problem.
I decided to find the reason and cure my weight problems for good. That was seven years ago. It didn't take too long. The answers were already buried in my subconscious. The result has been that despite my age, I have remained slim an healthy for almost seven years. So I wrote it all down and published a manual to show others how they can do the same.
People have caused climate change, because they assumed they could improve on nature. Other people have caused an obesity epidemic because they assumed they could improve nature. Clearly it is not wise to assume we can improve nature. The costs is too great.
By trying to improve nature’s design for a healthy body. We have subjected ourselves to diet foods our body was not prepared for and could not process. We are already paying the price. We will continue to pay that price until we come to our senses and re-learn what we should never have forgotten.
So yes! You can lose weight and never have to diet again. I will prove to you that nobody is born to be fat. Nobody has to accept a body that conflicts with the person you know you are - inside. Human beings were not designed to be fat. They were also not designed to diet.
